New tenant at WORKHUB 2: 3 ZONE brings HYROX training to Potsdam

Up and running since early summer, but today we’re officially introducing our new tenant: 3 ZONE, the new fitness boutique in northern Potsdam.
Founded by Omar Baritello, the boutique focuses on functional training and HYROX workouts.
“In this part of Potsdam, something like 3 ZONE has been missing – to be honest, there’s nothing quite like it in all of Potsdam. The architecture of WORKHUB and its proximity to nature fit perfectly with our concept,” says the founder.
The studio offers an average of five classes per day, and up to seven on weekends and selected days. Interest continues to grow – especially the evening sessions, which are often fully booked in advance.
3 ZONE’s goal is to continue growing its community and to train athletes specifically for sports events such as #BattleCancerBerlin, #HYROX, and the #ATHXGames.
Expansions and in-house sporting events are planned for the coming years – the first one is set for mid-2026.
“We couldn’t be happier – WORKHUB offers exactly the environment we were looking for,” emphasizes Omar.
