Leasing News: The WORKHUB Community Is Growing

Positive signal for the office market in northern Potsdam:The latest leasing figures from WORKHUB on the Jungfernsee campus demonstrate that the innovation hub is increasingly attracting companies seeking modern office space with a high quality of stay. In 2025, the WORKHUB office ensemble successfully leased around 1,680 square metres of office space, while securing an additional approx. 330 square metres through a long-term lease extension with an existing tenant.

Up and running since early summer, but today we’re officially introducing our new tenant: 3 ZONE, the new fitness boutique in northern Potsdam. Founded by Omar Baritello, the boutique focuses on functional training and HYROX workouts.

On September 24, 2025, the second After-Work Party took place at the WORKHUB – Campus am Jungfernsee in Potsdam under the motto BURGER. BEATS. SUNSET. With DJ Cooper, Fargo, Frittenwirtschaft, Churros My Love, Goldstaub Bar, and Fotobox Potsdam, guests celebrated, danced, and sang on the rooftop terrace – with great drinks and delicious food. Here it is: The very first After-Work Party at the WORKHUB.

With cool drinks, sizzling BBQ, free ice cream, and the beats of DJ Pizza, there was dancing, laughter, and networking all around. Our partially covered rooftop stood strong against the weather and proved that even in the rain, the WORKHUB is the place to be. The next After-Work Party is already in the works — save the date: 24 September 2025!

Every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Pizzapanc truck is parked in front of WORKHUB 1, serving freshly baked pizza cart wheels in a variety of flavors, including vegan options. Starting at €2.50 per slice, you're in—uncomplicated, delicious, and close to campus.
