With The Couch Collective, WORKHUB has laid the foundation for a new, curated innovation panel series at the Innovation Campus Jungfernsee. The format is designed for cross-industry exchange and deliberately built on confidentiality — enabling depth through trust.

Palm vibes in the middle of winter, great beats in the atrium, and a community celebrating the end of the workday together: the after-work party “Tropical Beats. Magic Vibes” at the WORKHUB – Campus am Jungfernsee was exactly that—relaxed, vibrant, and full of special moments. Joining the night were Marc Weide, world champion of magic, Mamacitas hotdogs, boho fashion from Potsdam, and Kiss FM resident DJ R2V

Positive signal for the office market in northern Potsdam:The latest leasing figures from WORKHUB on the Jungfernsee campus demonstrate that the innovation hub is increasingly attracting companies seeking modern office space with a high quality of stay. In 2025, the WORKHUB office ensemble successfully leased around 1,680 square metres of office space, while securing an additional approx. 330 square metres through a long-term lease extension with an existing tenant.

This year again, the first-semester Real Estate Management students from the Berlin School of Economics and Law visited the WORKHUB in Potsdam.

Up and running since early summer, but today we’re officially introducing our new tenant: 3 ZONE, the new fitness boutique in northern Potsdam. Founded by Omar Baritello, the boutique focuses on functional training and HYROX workouts.

On Tuesday, April 22, Food Catering Potsdam will be back on our campus at Jungfernsee – this time with freshly made pasta for your lunch break.
